Flash Invoice is designed with a **privacy-first architecture**. We believe your financial transactions, business details, client details, and signature assets are confidential. Unlike traditional invoice generator systems that capture and store your billing logs, **we do not transfer, compile, or store your invoices on server databases.**
2. What Data We Process (And Where It Stays)
Invoice Fields & Content
Any business descriptions, client info, item totals, discount percentages, and shipping rates you fill out stay inside your web browser state. We do not upload them.
Drawn Signatures & Brand Logos
Your uploaded PNG/JPEG logos and drawn canvas signature images are processed client-side as base64 string values and stored inside local web storage. They are never transmitted over the internet to our servers.
PDF Document Generation
PDF files are generated dynamically inside your browser using client-side JavaScript tools (jsPDF). Your data does not leave your machine during export.
3. Local Storage
To prevent losing your document progress when refreshing or navigating pages, Flash Invoice utilizes the standard Web Browser LocalStorage API. This cache resides completely inside your browser and can be cleared at any time by wiping browser cookies and site cache data.
4. Third-Party Services
We may utilize privacy-focused, GDPR-compliant analytics packages to track aggregate website views and monitor system health. These scripts do not record form values, input contents, monetary volumes, or identify individual invoices.
