Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 11, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using our generator.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Flash Invoice web application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the tool.

2. Description of Service

Flash Invoice provides users with a client-side interface to draft corporate billing documents (such as invoices, quotes, receipts, purchase orders, and credit notes) and export them directly to PDF documents.

3. Fees and Licenses

Flash Invoice is provided completely free of charge for both individual and commercial billing operations. There are no monthly fees, download caps, logo locks, signature barriers, or hidden watermarks.

4. Client-Side Data Responsibility

Because Flash Invoice does not compile, save, or store documents on our servers, **we do not maintain backups of your draft invoices.** You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all totals, tax calculations, payment details, and terms. You are also responsible for managing your browser cache. Clearing local site data will delete your active drafts.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitations of Liability

The Flash Invoice application is provided on an **"as is"** and **"as available"** basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the tool will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Flash Invoice or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost business information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the generator.

6. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use Flash Invoice only for lawful billing and documentation purposes. You may not use the tool to draft billing documents for fraudulent transactions, illicit activities, or to impersonate companies, agencies, or individuals you are not authorized to represent.

7. Contact Information
